Venison Sausage

We take our VENISON sausage making seriously. It is very important that your meat comes in clean and off the bone in CLEAR plastic bags. Bags with any color in are NOT food safe. You may drop it off anytime without appointment — we make venison sausage year round.

The price per pound is charged on the FINISHED WEIGHT. The ratio in the box to left (on the order form) of the products determines the finished weight. We request a minimum of 10 pounds of venison on a product.

For example: 10# of venison made into summer sausage will yield approximately 20# times the $3.05 per pound rate.
